I sleep with earbuds, over the ear headphones, or bone conduction headphones on a band. If I don't have the sound going into my ears I wake up. But I am a side sleeper and the pressure or my head becomes uncomfortable and can wake me up too. I also wear a hair bonnet and use a CPAP. So there's a lot going on with my head.I've tried quite a few pillows to get an uninterrupted sleep and it seemed the best sleep I could get was with foam pillows...which was why I had to switch from a pillow speaker to using the earbuds...which traded one discomfort for another. I thought the only pillows that would work for me were the heavy memory foam ones but I've been so uncomfortable with my ears lately when I saw this pillow I ordered it even though it's not memory foam.I had never seen a pillow with this style before. It's essentially a fluffy donut. The page says the amount of stuffing can be changed but I found that this was perfect for me as it is. I'm using it on top of my memory foam pillow.The cover is a nice muted tone, made from a satiny-textured fabric. The donut part is white. The one I received did not have any odors, holes, or other issues. Both the cover and the inner stuffed part have zippers that operate smoothly.I have an average adult size head. This fits perfectly under it while I'm lying on my side and the opening removes all pressure of the ear buds against my head. I'm super glad I ordered this and am looking forward to many nights of more pleasant sleep with it.
