This is the second 128oz can I've purchased and both have been damaged when I've received them. The first time wasn't nearly as bad as this time. The box it arrived in was undamaged but there was not nearly enough packing in the box to protect the can.I create with oil and cold wax. I also teach this medium and always suggest using Gamblin's Oil & Cold Wax.Good and necessary product- will continue to buy it when needed. Received in timely fashion.Solid product for mixing with oils or for preserving watercolor works.Excellent cold wax. Gamblin is a terrific company, and delivery was fast!My very expensive and heavy can of cold wax medium was packaged in a regular cardboard box without proper cushioning. I’m sure it rolled around during transportation and pounded other packages. All sides and the bottom was dented.This size is absolutely the best deal for the money, and the wax is creamy and workable. Makes oil painting and layering a dream!Safest cold wax you can buy. Performance is excellent. Still smells of the OMS, but not bad. Really loving the added thickness and Matt finish it causes.
