Very good product, comes with everything you need. Although there is a bit off down side to it. The wax strip is material so tiny prices of material always falls off everywhere creating a mess, the honey wax that came with it doesn't grip on the hair well so when stripped of, quite a few hair remains. It actually does take almost 30 mins to heat up but the best part I like is you can put the entire wax pot in the machine with having to pour it in the heated wax pot. The cleaner, pretty wax and after wax are amazing. It's perfect for beginners as everything comes inside.
