The laser was well packaged. Instructions were not too hard to follow. I've only been using it about too weeks. I've been trying to use it twice a with my schedule. I feel like I'm seeing results so far. Hair don't seem to be growing as fast. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll see a lot less hair. It doesn't hurt at all!! I expected to have some pain but I don't. I don't even use the cooling feature although the cooling feature does work well. I'll post again in a few weeks if I see more hair not growing back. Can't wait for no more hair!!
